Nicolas is a seasoned hospitality, entertainment and theme park leader. Over his 20+ year career, he has established a strong track-record of delivering cutting-edge customer products and experiences, stellar client satisfaction while maximizing profitability.
Nicolas joined Miral Experiences, the leading Middle East’s leading theme parks, leisure and entertainment experiences, in 2022. He leads Ride Maintenance, Facility Asset Management, Health, Safety & Environment, Security as well as Retail and Food & Beverage Strategy across Miral Experiences portfolio of world-class and award-winning immersive experiences and attractions. His area of responsibility includes Ferrari World, Warner Bros. World, Yas Waterworld, SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, CLYMB and Qasr Al Watan.
A strategic thinker and transformative leader, he has been focused on continuously elevating guest experience and product quality, driving operational efficiency and positioning Miral Experiences for growth.
Before joining Miral Experiences, Nicolas worked at Disney Parks and Resorts and as a consultant in the US and in Europe. Nicolas graduated from ESSEC Business School in France and received his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
