Speaker: Stephen Haynes, Director of Wellbeing Consultancy at British Safety Council

Stephen Haynes is Director of Wellbeing Consultancy at British Safety Council. He specialises in the design, implementation and management of strategic workplace health, safety and wellbeing programmes - including the development of relevant interventions, from optimisation of support infrastructures to leadership development.

Previously, Stephen was Head of Programme for British Safety Council's award-winning sister mental wellbeing charity Mates in Mind.

Jo has been working in the wellbeing sphere for over ten years. As a qualified Holistic Lifestyle Coach, Jo is passionate about helping people feel their best so that they can reach their full potential, both inside and outside of work. 

Through consultative work with British Safety Council, Jo spends her time guiding organisations in taking a strategic approach to workplace wellbeing so that they can provide the best support for their people and meet their business objectives.
