Claire, Head of Health and Wellbeing at Unipart Group, leads the company’s wellbeing programme. With 20+ years of HR experience, she combines a human-centric approach with a passion for mental health awareness and works to break the stigma by fostering better workplace conversations and support.
Claire ensures the programme is holistic and tailored to the workforce. As Lead for Unipart’s network of 200 MHFAiders and 50 Wellbeing Champions, she uses data insights to create targeted lifestyle programmes that address specific workforce risks.

Stephen Haynes is Director of Wellbeing Consultancy at British Safety Council. He specialises in the design, implementation and management of strategic workplace health, safety and wellbeing programmes - including the development of relevant interventions, from optimisation of support infrastructures to leadership development.
Previously, Stephen was Head of Programme for British Safety Council's award-winning sister mental wellbeing charity Mates in Mind.
