Previous meetings

9 July 2025

We held a meeting of our Construction SIG on Wednesday 9 July, in London, chaired by Persimmon Homes plc. The day included an update from our sister charity Mates in Mind, which works with employers in construction on mental health and suicide risk, as well as sessions on psychosocial risk and stress, led by British Safety Council Director of Wellbeing, Stephen Haynes, and a legal update from Chris Green, Partner at Keoghs. The SIG also discussed latest developments in health, safety and wellbeing in the sector, and considered what it would focus on in future meetings. The next meeting is due to be held around November / December.
